Why Hire a Professional Photographer?
With the advances in technology, there are more photos taken every single day than were taken in the first 100 years following the invention of the camera. Our phones can do amazing things. Why hire someone?
Despite all the advancements in a technology that can fit right in our pockets, there is no substitution for the human eye. Someone who can see the perfect shot before it happens. Someone who has spent years perfecting poses and studying light. There is no substitution for someone spending hours on your precious images, editing them, until they’re just right.
But the biggest drawback, when you use your phone, is YOU can’t be in the photo. Unless you’re holding it at arms length, you’re absent from the memories, from your child’s arms, from your own family’s legacy.
The cameras we carry around are amazing for capturing so much… but for some things, there is no substitution.
